Challenge
Stone Bridge Homes NW needed a paid media strategy that could efficiently generate high-quality leads in a competitive real estate market where CPCs are typically expensive and conversion rates unpredictable. The challenge was creating a system that not only drove consistent traffic, but also produced high lead form completion rates, strong engagement, and measurable demand across multiple communities.
Stone Bridge Homes NW needed a paid media strategy that could efficiently generate high-quality leads in a competitive real estate market where CPCs are typically expensive and conversion rates unpredictable. The challenge was creating a system that not only drove consistent traffic, but also produced high lead form completion rates, strong engagement, and measurable demand across multiple communities.


FLOAT CREDIT

Background: Float Credit, a financial technology company, approached our creative agency with a simple idea for their 30-second commercial. They wanted to create a light-hearted and relatable script that would engage their target audience while promoting their credit solutions. We took on the challenge of writing, producing, directing, and editing the commercial, which was ultimately advertised on YouTube. The commercial exceeded expectations, garnering 1.5 million views and receiving overwhelmingly positive comments.
Objective: The primary objective of the commercial was to generate brand awareness and capture the attention of small business owners who may be seeking credit solutions. The humorous innuendo-filled script aimed to create an emotional connection, break the ice, and establish Float Credit as a company that understands the challenges and frustrations of obtaining credit.

The Adrenaline Experience is the flagship live event for Adrenaline Worldwide — a fast-growing brand at the forefront of extreme sports and tricking culture. Our goal was to help them make a name for “the most popular sport you’ve never heard of” by launching an integrated campaign that brought the energy of the sport to life and packed out Mandalay Bay.
